Your Role Will Include
- Preparing surfaces including scraping, sanding and priming.
- Mixing and matching paints and stains to specifications.
- Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes using various techniques.
- Protecting surfaces and surrounding areas with drop cloths and tape.
- Cleaning and maintaining all tools and equipment.
- Collaborating with the crew to ensure efficient and high quality project completion.

- Previous professional painting experience.

Your Role Will Include
Assisting painters with preparation and clean up on job sites.
Moving furniture and fixtures, and setting up drop cloths and ladders.
Helping with surface preparation: washing walls, scraping, sanding and taping.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Learning painting skills and techniques from experienced crew members.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
